Contact PMDG Support at http://support.precisionmanuals.com/Main/Default.aspx You will need to register (free) an account with their support desk. It is not the same as your PMDG shop account. There you can send a support ticket and they will send you a new download link.

You need to authorize the account you registered with the PMDG Support desk.

 

When you log into the PMDG Support desk, click "Submit a Ticket". From the Department menu, choose "Re-Downloads" and click "Next". Fill out the form and click "Submit Ticket". When PMDG receives the ticket, they will confirm you bought the extended download service and will send you a new download link.

I just purchased the EDS after a hard drive failure and computer rebuild. I submitted a ticket as the email told me and confirmed my email accout. I have yet to recieve a new download link and am wondering when I might recieve it?

If you haven't submitted a ticket for the link here's how you do it:

When PMDG receives the ticket, they will confirm you bought the extended download service and will send you a new download link.

 

Once you submit that ticket, it may take 24 hours for the support people to get to you.
