Sao Paulo 2008 scenery?

I am trying to find the Sao Paulo 2008 scenery created by Fernando Marcato and others. It contains Congonhas, Guarulhos and Campo de Marte airports. Wherever I look the link takes me to a page in Portuguese that looks like this, and which has nothing to do with FS:

The file name looks a little odd: SaoPaulo2008.12.zip. Is this scenery still available? If so, where can I find it?

I did not find that particular file but several Sao Paulo scenery by Fernando Marcato and others...

I also did a search for that file and found it on a 4Share website but, for some reason, the file was removed and no longer available.
