I actually found the same video and used it perfectly to do a complete cold & dark start in my PMDG 737 NGX. It was 100 % spot on. I actually created my own checklist for future reference from this video.

it can be done with the NGX, but i wouldn't count on it by 100%, its not NG, also the video has been posted many times, but its still great though. BTW if anyone looking for a checklist, you don't need to write one by yourself, you can PM me and i'll give you a 100% accurate one from real world. cheers.
