Hi all guys,

 

after v1.5 FO is missing the first item of the preflight checklist: he doesn't say "oxygen" anymore; but if I say "Tested and 100%" he continues correctly the checklist.

What could cause this little glitch?

This time "he" behaves correctly... :Applause: (I have experienced this behaviour four times)

Glad he's behaving correctly now. I can't explain that one. If you can somehow consistently reproduce it, let me know.

 

Sounds like a sound issue though.
