problem with CaptainSim's B777

Recommended Posts

hi,

I bought the CS777 basepack and VC upgrade a few months ago, however I've been unable to use since that time. My problem is that my antivirus app removes some .gau and .dll files during the installation, I deactivated it and installed it, also I added the folders of those files to the ignore list, which actually worked, however the moment I used the FMC I got a message that those files were removed (again).

I mean even adding the folders to the ignore list didn't help, I contacted the CS support, however they told me that they can't help me since there are so many different antivirus apps.

Anyone a clue what to do?

You need to exclude the files/folder from your antivirus application so that it doesn't scan or delete the files-- including FSX and its files/subfolders.
