lots of monitors g2d.dll crash at change to FS-Mode

Featured Replies

Hi I have 2 cards

680 runs 3 monitors in surround + 1 TOTAL=4

670 runs 2 other monitors TOTAL=2

all this runs ok, now i wanted to add one more.. well 2 more but lets start with one.. so i add another monitor to 670 and fsx crashes with g2d.dll error when i want to go FS-mode or even in windowed modewhen i open more windows "undock" and try to move them around..?

I should say windows7 OS all works fine..

as soon as i disable this display (the extra monitor) in NVidia config panel all works fine...so:

GOOD

680 runs 3 monitors in surround + 1 TOTAL=4

670 runs 2 other monitors TOTAL=2

CRASH

680 runs 3 monitors in surround + 1 TOTAL=4

670 runs 2 other monitors TOTAL=3

so anyways if anyone has something like that maybe and works ok for you let me know what might be wrong.

drv is the 310.7 i have no problems with it, before i updated the driver it was the same thing happening with 306.**

I tried looking seems people had a lot of these errors but they are old topics 2008.. etc...

and i do not get this error normally its only when i try to add this extra monitor there

Thanks for any info

PS did let fsx make new cfg... doesnt make a difference
