Ahhhhhhhh noooooooo I missed it all :'( I was all set for the event and biding!

You are one up on me there anyhow - I didn't even know it was a bid, I thought it was a lucky draw, saw waaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyy too late it was supposed to be a bid  . Oh well, now I have to wait like the rest of the world for it!

Kind regards

Captains-

I just want to offer a hearty THANK YOU to everyone who participated, everyone who was able to donate to Tony's fund, and to everyone who showed enthusiasm for this effort by watching the live feed and commenting in the chat session while the crews were conducting their flights.

Saturday was a working day at PMDG so I had the live feed running on the second screen for about 14hrs- and it was great fun to see diverse members of our community come together and stand should-to-shoulder for something that was important.

One of the hard realities of the world is that we cannot help everyone and every circumstance- but it was very uplifting to see so many simmers come together to help one fellow in our community in a way that many of us will never fully appreciate.

Well done to everyone who had the time and inclination to participate- and if you'd like to make a small contribution you may still do so through the link at the top of this thread.

I hope you all have a nice weekend-

Hi all,

Just wanted to say what a great event the "Flight for Tony" was this weekend, I managed to watch a few legs and the last one this morning (UK time). It was great to chat with you, Robert, on the live stream as and when you had time. I hope you don't mind my taking the opportunity to thank all the PC Pilot crew for organising such a great event on here, but it was brilliant.

Thanks to everyone involved.

Happy flying.

Happy Flying,

Dave Phillips.
