I don't have X-Plane currently, but for a default aircraft the 747 in the video looks amazing. I'm impressed.

Out of all the default ones, the Baron, KingAir and 747 are worth the try.

I ignore it, but only because I don't fly anything that heavy in X-Plane. I only flit around in the Cessna 172 or the F-22 Raptor to view my airport design work... I choose one or the other if I need to "hang glide" around the field to see details, or zip away and come back to view from a distance or altitude.

Give it a try. As far as default aircraft go in the flight simulation world, this one is definitely one of the best (in the heavy category.)

It flies really well and the eye candy is above what you would expect for default. It gets even more useful if you use an FMC plugin or AirTrack along with it.

Is it done yet? When will it be released? Will it be freeware or payware? How much will it cost? Any updates on the progress? Will it work for Xbox? Can I be a beta tester? How's the performance in VR?
