submit a support ticket in, its the dll.xml thats corrupted. If you have made a back up copy of your hard drive than its a matter replacing the good dll.xml for the corrupted one.

You can also check the the HUGS control panel near the radios and ensure the "clr" button isn't selected.

My understanding of the op post that he has checked the relevent post on the clr button since thats the first thing you check

In the world of computing and aviation, never assume.

Work IT help desk for a single day. Everyone jokes about the "is the monitor turned on?" thing, but it exists because it's a solution to the problem more often than you'd think.

lol true but isnt the clr button on automatically and you have to actually turn it off and not the other way round? since thats the way it works on mine ngx

He or she ( we can't be sure, since there's no name) might have inadvertently pushed it, not aware of the existence of it.

this should be in your dll.xml, you could backup yours and make one with this:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="Windows-1252"?>

<SimBase.Document Type="Launch" version="1,0">

<Descr>Launch</Descr>

<Filename>dll.xml</Filename>

<Disabled>False</Disabled>

<Launch.ManualLoad>False</Launch.ManualLoad>

<Launch.Addon>

<Name>PMDG Options</Name>

<Disabled>False</Disabled>

<Path>PMDG\DLLs\PMDGOptions.dll</Path>

</Launch.Addon>

<Launch.Addon>

<Name>PMDG Events</Name>

<Disabled>False</Disabled>

<Path>PMDG\DLLs\PMDGEvents.dll</Path>

</Launch.Addon>

<Launch.Addon>

<Name>PMDG Sounds</Name>

<Disabled>False</Disabled>

<Path>PMDG\DLLs\PMDGSounds.dll</Path>

</Launch.Addon>

<Launch.Addon>

<Name>PMDG HUD interface</Name>

<Disabled>False</Disabled>

<Path>PMDG\DLLs\PMDG_HUD_interface.dll</Path>

<DllStartName>module_init</DllStartName>

<DllStopName>module_deinit</DllStopName>

</Launch.Addon>

</SimBase.Document>

You can try backup and deleting the panelstate files, or try deleting the pmdg trusted sections in fsx.cfg
