I'm trying to wrap my head around how the water is hilly?

Landing strip with barrel and antenna could be any place. I'll take a wild guess somewhere in Alaska.

AVSIM must be HOSED, it did not add my reply in with the quote.

The barrel is a fuel tank, which does not work, the antenna is a rotating beacon, and there are 2 lighted windsocks located on this airfield, and no, it is not located in Alaska.
