NGX Manuals Delivery Time

I'm posting on the forum because of a lack of direct support for non-software based products. It's directed to the PMDG staff.

 

I was just wondering the normal delivery times for the ngx manuals. I placed the order for the captain's set on the 9th of January and got a tracking number soon after. Within a week, the package arrived in Miami. However when I opened the package (I noticed it the box was smaller than expected), it was just the QRH (the color upgrade). I was wondering how long after the rest of the manuals would arrive, considering it's coming up to a month that I've purchased the set.

Post a ticket in the support area i bet they can help u out that way.

Thanks. I'll give it a shot but on the page to submit the ticket, PMDG advised that the ticket system was for product reactivations only.

I'm not sure what you're talking about - our ticket system is certainly not only for product reactivations. There is a ticket *category* that's just for that, but there are other categories there for General Support, Re-Download, Billing etc.
