Test Run with RealAir Scout in Windows 8

Recommended Posts

I recently upgraded to Windows 8 and even more recently just completed a MASSIVE reinstall of FSX and all my addons (8+ hours)

I will say this, i am having NO problems with FSX in Windows 8, and it runs awesome in windowed mode, which is bonus for me because i have 2 monitors and like to AivlaSoft's Electronic Flight Bag on the 2nd monitor.

Weather engine is AS2012 patched up to the SP2 beta 5 build 4783

Traffic provided by MyTraffic X Professional 5.4b

Taxi for takeoff at TKPK

Gaining altitude

Here you can see both monitors...FSX on my main monitor and EFB on my secondary

on final

TAPA was busy today!

Hope you liked the shots. I am very pleased with how FSX is running in Win8.

That is one of my favorite planes. In fact, I have never really bought a RealAir product that I haven't liked. Am looking forward to their 172.

Nice shots and thanks for posting.
