Multi Setup monitor

I have now setup 3 monitor and will use within fsx,

 

I like to know how to setup a views. Like left view, But now the view of the wings. Extended cockpit view (I think VC View). On the keyboard it would be 7 (Number pad and Num Lock on)

When in VC, press alt to get the top bar, open new view, just select VC, do that twice, drag those windows onto other screens, drag corner for size, mark each screen and turn views left and right respectively. Go to center screen and take off!

Is it best have fsx in window or full screen?

I prefer full screen, though there is a tweak in the library to minimize the width of the window edges.
