I'd say that's somewhere in Eastern Europe, because the what's written on that truck says "Ceske Budejovice", which is a Czech town, well know for its beer. And the road sign you can see in the end as well as the bus that passes by looks like the ones they have in Russia.

Well, I had pretty well narrowed it down to eastern Europe myself, but you're recognition of the Czech signage is much closer...
