today the ATC cleared me to land (@ Instanbul) runway 16L ILS... it was ZERO visibility but ILS aligned me good. As i began to see the runway, there was an ai plane on it taking off and... BOOM.

ATC cleared me, and then didnt said me nothing, no go around...

weird

I am using mytrafficX 5.4.

FSUIPC and use Traffic Zapper. BOOM. Or AI smooth can help

The built in ATC is very terrible as you have noticed. I recommend flying online with real humans as ATC, they are so much better than the default ATC that after a couple of times online there is no way that you would want to fly with the default ATC ever again

This is why I always fly with crash detection switched off. I don't need FS to tell me to know when I've broken my plane.
