JS41 FMC: is it possible to add airport to data base?

Is it possible to add a runway to the data base as can be done with the MD11 FMC?

 

With my thanks in advance for an answer, whichever way it goes.

Yes, you can add airports to the database. You have to edit the navigation file in the PMDG folder.
