February 26, 201313 yr I have a Nexus 7 tablet and I'm very tempted to buy this app for my FSX flights but it's a pricey app, how does it perform? Thanks in advance, Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2 Alexander Colka
February 26, 201313 yr Performs okay. Lots of plates but many of them are very out of date. The upside is that there are many plates for out of the USA. Like the Approach Plates app for inside the US and they are updated. R Goodson
February 26, 201313 yr Author Thanks for your reply. In fact I fly outside of the USA more often. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2 Alexander Colka
February 26, 201313 yr You can find most airports w/ up to date plates via internet for free.....some require a deligent search but I can find just about all...save your money
February 26, 201313 yr I have the Ipd version and although it may be true that you can find most plates on the internet, it is a lot easier and faster to get them from Simplates. Henri Henri Arsenault
February 27, 201313 yr I like it, and use it with my tablet so I can easily access charts while flying without having to alt-tab out of FSX or go looking for them in advance of my flight, then copy them to my tablet manually etc. I've had two issues with not being able to download/display charts, but both times the Simplates tech support got me back up and running in no time.
