FLIGHT LIVERY HANGER

You could paint it, it might look terrible, or maybe not!, and in any case, it would still be better than not having any at all.

Give it a try, what have you got to lose?

Can one of you talented artists paint a C46 in the Buffalo Airways logo? I'm sure it would be a popular item in the library :wink2:

and perhaps a Maule and a Cub to go with it

Try to make the paint glossy.

Easier said than done. I am not finding a texture that affects glossiness on most planes.

I know. That's exactly why I said try. I'd try myself, but I'm a horrible painter. Art is my second worst subject. English is my first (only because I cannot seem to analyze well).

Glossiness is affected sometimes by the Alpha layer on some models.  Does darkening the Alpha layer help with these?

I have been experimenting with the various layers with no effect. I suspect only the cockpit-less warbirds have the ability to control shininess (the Mustang and certain shiney propeller cones) but I am still playing with it
