March 7, 201313 yr What! :Applause: How's that possible? That's the whole BAW 777 fleet. Quite correct, and tomorrow I'll be on yet another one! Hopefully it'll have OFCR. :good: GregL :-)
March 7, 201313 yr Greg, you are very lucky! Fernando B ( I know I misspelled Boeing, I did it on purpose to make it Unique )

March 7, 201313 yr Are you a stowaway? Hopefully not, I would rather hope my crew find those types of passengers! I'm the driver, it's a long flight tomorrow and the OFCR is far more preferable than the 'dogbox' we have on some aircraft. Enjoy. GregL :-)

Awesome, guessing you are heading home tomorrow seeing as though it is 01:22 local...!?
March 7, 201313 yr alex you are obviously the one with the most "time" on a T7 ... now how about sharing your experiences / tales about "life" on the T7 - eg ever noticed any of our avsim members misbehaving !! enjoy & I work with cabin service, not aircraft maintenance so there isn't much to tell but one thing I can say is that one would avoid changing a galley carpet in a 777 at all cost since most of the galley carts have doors covering them. The problem is that since the new carpet isn't as compressed from use as the old one is it will take awhile for the doors to freely open and close (plus they are accordion style which doesn't help), changing carpet on a Super 80 is so much easier and faster lol However I am friends with some of the mechanics so its nice to be able to freely observe them at work if you have a little bit of free time and one of them demonstrated all the maintenance related features in the cockpit which blew me away. This airplane is far more advanced than it looks. P.S. it would be really, really, really awesome if the galleys had that plastic/rubber flooring that the 737/767/757 has. Putting carpets in a galley isn't a bright idea to be honest. Alex Jevdic KORD/KHOT/KPWKA<380 love at first flight
March 7, 201313 yr alex thanks for your "insight" into one of the many "chores" to keep airliners flying...it is not just about tyres & fires, is it !! so does your favorite a380 have carpet in its galley ?? i hope to see ohare again one day soon ... it has a buzz like no other, runways going every which way etc, thus it is one of my most visited in the (fsdt) sim !! for now, cheers john martin

March 7, 201313 yr Well as I have finally arranged a trip to see my better half in Japan, I will be on my first 777 flights in a few weeks! AMS-KIX and return on KLM. Aircraft seat chooser pointed to a 777-300ER Karl Brooker
March 7, 201313 yr No idea of the reg numbers, but I've flown two differnet routes for a total of eight flights in 777. One roundtrip between Paris Charles de Gaulle and Tokyo Narita, and the three others between Paris Charles de Gaulle and Beijing International Airport, all flight within a span of two years, the three latter in just around 7 months. All done on Air France flights, The best for me as direct trips, and having a special premium class that is just very interesting when you're tall on those long flights, actually had been surclassed to business on half of six flight between France and China. March 11, 201313 yr I have flown on the following 777 aircraft in real life: ... ... :( I usually fly (as a passenger) domestically inside Australia on 737-700's 737-800's E190's the odd A320, the odd A330, and an occasional 767-300. March 11, 201313 yr Commercial Member Unfortunately only once - was probably a 777-200 A or B model shortly after they came out in the mid 90s between DEN and ORD. Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com
March 11, 201313 yr I flew on a 777-200 with British Airways, once for a trip from KPHL to London and back, and again between EGLL and VOBL. On the KPHL trip, I had the pleasure of sitting in business class, courtesy of an "upgrade" from a neighbor who knows someone at BA. I may fly one this August for another India vacation, but that depends on whether I choose BA or Lufthansa for the flight. A.J. Domingo
