thanks for your "insight" into one of the many "chores" to keep airliners flying...it is not just about tyres & fires, is it !!

so does your favorite a380 have carpet in its galley ??

i hope to see ohare again one day soon ... it has a buzz like no other, runways going every which way etc, thus it is one of my most visited in the (fsdt) sim !!

That's for sure and cabin service is hard work many times, you wouldn't believe how dirty and wrecked passengers can leave the cabin after an overseas flight. Tonight while clearing out international garbage (food, catering supplies, anything that touched food or mouths) I was shocked at how disheveled the 767's cabin looked after just an 8 hour flight from LHR. Napkins, bottles littered the floor everywhere and shoved into seat pockets (a huge pet peeve, they are not trash containers  ), pillows and blankets thrown about, snacks, crumbs all over the place, galleys with its spills and stains, even pilots make a mess in the cockpit many times. I don't normally clean since my job mainly involves cabin supplies and some emergency equipment but after tonight I gained a new respect for cleaners.

Future flights

Sometime in December, Philippines is definetly in CAT I. They were allowed to use Boeing triple 7 to US. We might book with Philippine Airlines fro RPLL-KLAX and by that time, the airline will use Triple 7's

Each turbulence we pass on, move on to the next waypoint and have a successful landing in life.

It was a 13 hour flight!

List all the 777s you have been on? Are you serious? I don't believe this!! Don't you people have a life or some work to do?

Don't you people have a life or some work to do?

I don't know about anyone else here, but at the moment, my life is revolving around school and aviation. I study for school and then in my free time I do things that I enjoy mostly aviation related things, (FSX, going to the airport to watch planes, reading aviation books, etc), but I also catch up with mates, watch movies and play sport, etc. So yes I have work to do, but this forum is part of my "free-time" activities.

Considering that you took 2 minutes of your time to respond to this thread with "Don't you people have a life" and not something constructive makes me think that you are the one without a life.

How can you be constructive about a topic like this? It's a juvenile time filler. But you are right - 2 minutes wasted. Back to work.

I have never flown on a 777. In fact, I have not been on an airliner since October 1995 :O

I haven't flown since 1991 and probably will never fly again.  That's why I enjoy FS so much.
