P47D over Italy

More Wings of Prey screenshots--this time in the P47 over Italy.  Not exactly the most attractive of Allied aircraft in WWII, but the P47D with its bubble canopy looks the best.  And Wings of Prey makes it look good.  Again I'm flying a non combat, training mission.  Hope you enjoy the screenshots!

oustanding shots, like with your P-51 shots. I love the ground scenery, and the lighting as well as your angles.

However, again I'm not impressed with the details of the aircraft, rivets too big, roundel is wrong as is the font of the serials, an imaginary serial too btw, but then I'm a bit of a rivet counter when it comes to P-47's and 51's, so don't mind me and enjoy the game!

I like the distant mountain in the first and second images, the canopy reflection in the fifth image, and the rivers in the sixth image!

No, the P-47D is not a not a beauty in the accepted sense. It's not a ballerina or a thoroughbred race horse. It's a nasty heavyweight street brawler. Get in its way at your peril. It's someone you don't want to meet in an alley on a dark night(or afternoon either). Fine shots of a fine airplane
