New Liveries in Multiplayer

Recommended Posts

Can any of you confirm that you have been able to use a new livery in a multiplayer session with someone else who also has the same livery and have that person show up with the correct livery and not a UFO? I'm getting one or two people saying they don't see the liveries working in multiplayer, but I haven't ever tested it myself.

Nice shot guys! Hardly ever spend any time in multiplayer. I should take a look around.

I had mentioned before (back in the day) that I am surprised that some experienced people did not try mentoring some of the wild newbies in flight. Certainly the times I tried, the response was usually very enthusiastic.

In an open ended world with nothing to fight, the new players seemed almost desperate for direction.

I still to this day, after over a year in Flight, have yet to log a single flight in multiplayer.

Maybe someday...

Do you guys that do, run into many folks these days flying multiplayer?

I set some of my sessions to public and I'm frequently joined by other players. They usually try and find each other.

In many ways, I agree.

I like talking to people, out there.

Just today I was listening to two older gents talking together (they had mics) and it was fascinating. A little slice of life.

I have also been spreading the word about repaints and Avsim.

I usually have my session set up as Public.  I find this really adds some "life" to Flight.  Sometimes I'll hook up with someone to fly somewhere together, but most often I just listen in on Flight chatter.  I've only had to eject one person who was using angry, foul language, but everyone is very courteous.

It's also fun to mentor new pilots.  You are missing out on one of the best features in Flight if you have not tried this yet.
