My guess:

 

- every day until release a preview livery

- in a few days interior preview

- a lot of people asking when the release is

- release: around may 20th!

I've got it! "One of six flown by Air Canada" (six more days), FedEx livery (5 letters, 5 more days), Delta livery (4th letter of alphabet, 4 more days)... If we get KLM tomorrow, we may see the T7 soon.

My guess is by early fall or Christmas. Based on his numbers (can't remember them, but said something like "will work in 80% situations for 95% of people) it sounds like they have a lot of work to do. I still feel like he will announce when they are in Beta. I just don't think it is close.
