This is playing out a lot like Monty Python... :P

PMDG:  What is your name?

Sir Flyalot: Sir Flyalot of Camelot

PMDG:  What is your quest?

Sir Flyalot: I seek the Holy Grail.  The 777 release date.

PMDG:  What is your favorite date?

Sir Flyalot: The 12th, I mean the 28th, no the19th...ahhhhh!

I thought the answer lies in that calendar picture that was posted.

Michael I'd say we'll have over 1,000 pages of manuals to scour through once released.  I'm not even going to look at the manuals after installation.  I'm too anxious to crank up the subwoofer and hear those massive GE's shake the freaking walls down.  Maybe once some plaster has fallen off, then I'll start peeking at all the .pdf files.

I'll buy into this theory...Based on the calendar pic, I have two guesses. One is 8/10, the last date showing on the calendar in the shot RSR posted. The other would be what a few others guessed, 7+7+7= 21st, which is what the tail shows in that shot.

I'm calling it August 10th, Saturday - that's the last date visible on the calendar.

Highly doubt it will release on a Saturday. My guess would be midweek. Launching a new product on a Friday or weekend, is a bad idea. Especially if something goes wrong :).

Agreed, 10th is a stretch, but you never know. I think they learned some things from the NGX release and it sure sounds like they have the T7 pretty solid already.

If I remember correctly, the NGX released on 8/4/11, a Thursday...My other pick for the T7 is Wed. 8/21...We'll see !
