[RESOLVED] Menu Choices Grayed Out

Some time in the recent past, I noticed the menu choices at the top of the writing space are grayed out and I cannot insert links, bold lettering etc. What is wrong??

 

That's kind of interesting, I just went over to my other computer and all works well.
