If your OS is W7 you shouldn't interfere with those processes at all.

What you DO need are the processes required for that live internet connection and the clients corresponding to your online flying.

If you need to increase performance, the windows processes are probably not the best place to start "tweaking".

Some of those tweaking utilities cost you some money, others don't; some don't do anything at all, some could do some harm, others may actually help - can't comment on any of those myself.

For a different direction of thoughts:

Regarding your task manager - what is your memory (RAM) utilisation? Are there any other processes eating up RAM and/or CPU raw power?

What I can see from my own task manager: I never need more than 6.x GB of RAM. So, with a RAM of 6-8 GB, everything should be fine.

And I don't have any other processes stressing my CPU to a greater extent for more than a few seconds - if at all. So even with all those processes being active, they don't spoil my flightsimming.

(One exception could be that AV software - depending on whether you have it running during your flights or not and depending on whether all your flightsim folders are included in those AV scans or not. Some of those addon scenery folders could actually reside outside your FSX root folder - would be helpful to exclude those folders from the AV scans, too. MegaSceneryX/-Earth, for example)

why do you say this

it is for gaining performance

it's just that i look and i see 65 running processors , so i was wondering why do i have all this running in the background

No worries. I'd be fine with either goal.

So watching the task manager during your next flights could actually help to find out whether some process is lowering your performance.

Any more details on that performance issue, maybe: Is it about frame rates, loading time, texture issues (3D objects and/or ground textures - photoscenery, maybe)?

EDIT:

'Online flying' just slipped my mind momentarily. So is it about stutters, freezes, breakdowns, timeouts of the internet connection, for example?

You see 65 loaded processes... most of them idle and doing nothing to tax your system.

People who start monkeying with their OS usually end up having to do  complete reinstallation of it sooner or later.  There is very little to gain by going down the path you're seeking.

Generally I agree with that.

You are better off to uninstall anything you dont use or need and also get a tuning app like Tune Up Utilities.  Performance gains from trying to micromanage processes are likely to be negligible at best, destabilizing to your OS at worst.

Example, someone suggested Process Lasso to force FSX running in High Priority mode, all that did for me was start causing blue screens.  I have tried Game Booster and results are minimal.

+1 to warpd and helo_head

As being in IT for close to 20 years, you'll see much better performance by uninstalling the crap you don't need, defragging your hard drive and using a tool to clean up like suggested above.
