Guys, c'mon man..

 

The ngx repaint thread is full of requests..making 300+ pages long...turing finding a paint i like into a day job.

 

1 thread for actual paint jobs

 

1 thread for requests

 

Mixing the 2 together makes  a mess of it.

PAL Express? I'm trying to get all the planes I flew irl (which is coming along nicely) and a lot of Philippine Airlines planes because I love the tail (which is coming along.... nearly non-existantly). I'd like the PAL Express Q400...

I need a repaint for a VA. It does not have to be exceptional, but I lack the familiarity and proper programs to do it myself. If you aren't doing it as simply a hobby, I'm more than willing to compensate for an acceptable result. And will reward handsomely if there is love in the project. Please get back when able!

Post a picture of the livery.  Some liveries are very simple on the Q400, others more difficult....depends on whether paint crosses the tail / fuse as a result of how the paint kit is setup.

Our VA needs a Ravn Alaska livery for the Q400. We've adopted it to accomodate AS/QX routes, and as a likely replacement as a 50 seat combi. If there are technical difficulties, we can flex with a livery that comes close. Looking for registration N894EA, up through N897EA if feeling ambitious.

That's a pretty tough one....especially for someone of my skill level.  Try posting on the Majestic forums, there are a bunch of painters over there who are very skilled and can probably knock that out quickly.

The problem is the wave crossing the intersection of tail and fuselage.  Lining them up is a...well it rhymes with rich.
