Flying this bird lately.

 

Is it suppose to be so anemic? Following the manual, suppose to climb at 35 vacuum and 2300 prop rpm at about 150 knots. Well heck at 3000 feet, the thing barely climbs at 100 vertical fpm rate trying to maintain that speed.

 

Am I doing something wrong?
