Hi All,With over 10.000 downloads of this file (Congratulations, Rob :-)), I think I've finally cracked the "sound" problem that some users have with these gauges.This sound problem is appearant as:- Pushback conversion sounds are sometimes garbled, do not start at all, or stop prematurely.- A pushback conversion already starts when you click the AUDIO switch.If you have these problems, can you confirm that:- This sound problem only occurs when the Framerate is < appr. 15 fps ??- And that, with Framerate > 20 fps, this problem is gone ??Note: you can visualise the framerate by pressing "Shift-Z" several times.Please respond in this thread; if confirmed, I will publish an update shortly.Cheers, Rob Barendregt

Hello Rob (congratulations as well!)My computer isn't high end by todays standard (1.8ghz, 512 ram) but I run FS9 with all settings max or next to max so my framerates are about 10-15 when at most airports. At highly intense airports I sometimes struggle to get 10fps. I either get no conversation at all or halfway through the message, though sometimes it works fine and definitely when the frames are higher.I use the gauge all the time, it's probably the most used addon and even the occasional sound problem does not really bother me too much.Anyway thanks, hope you sort the problem.Colin

It used to work fine. Then the sound volume became inaudible and then there was no sound. Now I sometimes hear part of the conversation. I never no what to expect. I've never noticed what my frame rates are but with the PMDG 737 at a busy airport they're not high. When it was first loaded it wouldn't start the conversation unless I released the brake and then set it again then re-released.Hope you can fix it. I'm using a new push-back program that works very well with rudder pedal steering but has no Tow Motor/Captain conversation which was cool.Terry

Hi Rob,I fly the PMDG737 out of a lot of custom airports. My frames on the ground can at times just make 10. I do not hear the conversations with your excellent guage most of the time. It does not bother me, but I was curious why the sound had gone away.Thanks for an excellent add-on, but if you could fix this little problem it would be great.Bob Johnson

Thanks for your excellent addon Rob.It usually works fine but sometimes, when i turn on audio gauge the PB conversation starts right away. After that, when pushing back, they don't talk anymore...Keep up the good workLuigi ;-)
