V-speed calculation charts?

Hi, 

 

I've been watching some videos made by the Baltic Aviation Academy on YouTube, and stumbled across this one- 

 

 

Does anyone know where to find these calculation charts? They would be awesome, especially for the PMDG MD-11, 744 and NGX!

For the 744 they are in the manual... Takeoff Data
