OK so if I am reading the above correctly you need to actually set up the flights yourself within the program?

WT plugin interface has a option to make random flight route (ARR DEP ) BUT ground route ,taxi to gate and gate to runway has to be done by you or download one if available

They follow the plan you set in the route. Next version will have plane using AIRAC star approaches and an AI radar to follow tracks.

I'm working on a ground route generator similar to AFCAD for FSX to help user configure airport taxiways and routes (beta version is out now just started testing)

With the complete AI pack by Bluebell (version 2 wip) this is turning into a good alternative to the native AI which have of course no plan and limited number with high impact on frames.
