My Current Specs & Which PC for £400

Hi there,

 

I currently have a Samsung Laptop and all the specs can be viewed on the two links below.  I am running FSX SP2 and was wondering if there were any suggestions on what settings I should put in the fsx.cfg or using the settings option in FSX. Is there anyone with similar specs that could advise me on what they run and how to achieve reasonable frame rates?

 

 

 

Also, I am looking to buy a PC in the near future and my budget would stretch to £450 (at a very maximum), but any options cheaper would be good.  Any suggestions for what system would be a good idea to get?  I'm thinking Windows 7, 6 or 8GB RAM, minimum 3.4GHz processor, 500GB HDD at minimum.
