Took off in darkness from Juliana,and arrived at St. Barth's just when the sun began to rise. Got the passengers on board and a few minutes after arrival I departed again, heading back to Juliana.

That's definitely true, but I thought I'd speculate a bit and risked a take-off from Juliana airport just before dusk :rolleyes: (actually, I'm not sure about night operations there, either) - which is about 10 minutes flight - , and as you can see, it was already quite bright, the runway was clearly visible. B)
