Recommended Posts

Hi all

I'm hoping somebody can help with this issue that has been happening for the past couple of flights. Its kinda hard to explain so check out the screenshot

This problem occurs whenever dirt, tyre smoke, water spray or aerobatic smoke is supposed to happen. I'm really stuck and can't figure it out!

Thanks in advance.

From the photo it appears your computer is really struggling to render textures.

Best regards,

Jim

I had this problem, It is caused by a missing effect file. If you can try repairing fsx. or take this link https://www.mediafire.com/#myfiles and download the fx_1.bmp and place it in your

 Microsoft Flight Simulator X\Effects\texture.

Hope this helped
