Very odd FPS problem

Hi all,Well this is a new one too me, I have just downloaded and installed Brian Gladdens Volpar, and its fine and dandy, FPS very good.Untill, I give it full throttle and the FPS drop through the floor, reduce the throttle and FPS are back to normal.Very Strange, any ideas?Dan

My FPS don't budge no matter my throttle setting, full or not. Wish I had a suggestion to accompany this observation. Alas...
