PFD question

First off I'd like to say that I have submitted a ticket to PMDG and I have a legal copy.  When I fly the 747-8i the PFD has red bars in the center as well as red bars on the altitude and speed display.  It also shows -7100 on the altitude.  There is a "no land 3" on the message box in the center of the VC.  I can't rotate the mode switch at all either.  I tried in the VC and 2d and can't turn it. Anybody had this issue and have a fix?

it looks identical.  Hopefully I don't have to do a full uninstall.  So many addons and settings.  Have you had the issue?
