That happens all the time. You should see the smoke fly at HNL when a heavy is on final and ATC tells the crew immediate takeoff. Some time the tiller goes full lock to quickly and this is what you get.

That was a nose wheel skid in a turn which should happen, totally pilot error. The last time I've seen this was when I was with my instructor and applied to much throttle in a turn on the taxiway with a tail wind at my back.
