I state that I have the original product, but I have a problem! When on flight simulator x run the combination shift+e to open the door. the simulator says that it is open, but I see it graphically always closed, how can I solve this problem?

You need to set a keyboard command via the Addons - PMDG - Keyboard Commands menu. That will open the door.
