Annoying cloud problem

Hi, I always have this cloud problem where you see cloud far away appears to be in front of cloud that is nearer. Post here hoping to find someone who know how to solve this. I am running DX10.

That is just the way the graphics engine is. There is no fix and it is not because of DX10.
