How to Change Spash Screen?

Hi!  Can anyone point me to which file (and location) that is the FSX splash screen?  I'd like to change mine!  Also, what is the size of the file?  Thanks!

Yes, it's in FSX\Uires\dlgsplash.bmp :smile: Oh, and it's 800x602 and 1.37MB
