Can't redownload content. Error connecting to Marketplace

I've had to reinstall MS Flight on a fresh system.

When I try to redownload my content I just get an error message, both in game and if I click the Games For Windows Live Marketplace icon.


I've attached an image of the error message (from the Games for Windows Live Marketplace).

It starts with "Connection error  Can't start the program. There may be a problem with your Internet connection or the LIVE service."



I've spent hours searching the web for a solution without success.

I have no internet connection problems and can access Marketplace from Xbox 360.

The previously working system was Windows 8 upgraded from Windows 7.


Does anyone know how to get this working?

Marketplace has suddenly started working again after 3 days.

Looks like it was server side and just coincidence with my reinstall.


Now to figure out how to restore my game progress...  Aerocaches show up as done, challenges are locked as if I never completed them.
