What to answer to the ATC request

Recommended Posts

Guest Mik75

Hi Mike,

I've been using rc4 with MCE for about a year now ^_^

But i got that never to work, even tried roger "callsign"

I always reply with select 7 or like you do press 7.

Maybe with a little editing of the speech grammar like Gerald said..... :P!!!!!

Regards John

Customer support here is SUPERB

Lol, Good to know I am not the only one! ;-)

With the new version, and two files that Gerald sent me, the problem is gone!

I can acknowledge with my voice, and ATC accepts it! Yesterday, I´ve been told to descend to xxxx within 30 nm or less with a max speed of 250 kts, and event that caused no problem at all, very good!

One strange thing though happened on my MD11 flight from EDDK to LPPT yesterday (by the way my first flight with the outstanding FS Global Real Weather Engine, it was a stunning experience!). Somehow, my F/O wouldn´t stop yelling at me "EFIS button has been pressed" during the preflight phases. Wether he picked up some ATC talking through my headset or something hung in the scripts, this phenomenon disappeared after the initial climb.
