June 18, 201312 yr I keep dancing :-) at the sound of XPX . When I discovered DCS World, and started finding more about the accuracy / detail of it's physics models, I saw a demo video of the effects of winds and turbulence on the blades of a parked KA-50 with it's rotor stopped. It was possible to see the blades waving with the wind gusts... Well, pick your preferred helicopter ( preferably a quaity one - I chose the only one I have, the EC1365 B3 ) and park it with the rotor stopped. Now set winds, with gusts, and look from an outside view at the effect it has on the blades. Add turbulence and further admire the effects!Yes, the moe I test the helicopters (and this EC in particular) the more I find that at least in as far as rotary wings go, XPX's FDM is not inferior to that of DCS World!!!
