This has not been a good week for rail or aviation it looks like...  :(  

 

Six people killed in a train accident in Paris, expected to rise.

 

Between this, the Canadian Train Crash, the Asiana 777, and now the Ethiopian Dreamliner, there's been quite the week of accidents.
