Hi guys

 

What does it bring to get an overclocked 780  compared to buy a vanilla card and overclock it myself ? And does it need some kind of watercooling then ?

Simming since 1981 -  4770k@3.7 GHz with 16 GB of RAM and a 1080 with 8 GB VRAM running a 27" @ 2560*1440 - Windows 10 - Warthog HOTAS - MFG pedals - MSFS Standard version with Steam

Overclocking these cards will give you a few FPS in most games but it's totally unnecessary. Run it at stock speeds and be happy.

In FS9/FSX/P3D overclocking won't matter at all I imagine. Well, P3D v2 when it comes might benefit though...
