Recommended Posts

I hope they fixed whatever battery issues they were having with 787-8,before even letting ownership pick up 787-9!

And here I thought the 787-10 was up next.  Looks sharp though.

I agree, it looks somehow much more balanced and beautiful than the -8.

I can't wait to see it in full colors in a day or two.

Have to say this one looks much better than the -8 which looked a little short and stubby.

Oooh,

I thought this was a -8 with extra foam and fire retardant tanks  :LMAO:

(Sorry, couldn't resist).

Beautiful bird indeed.

The -900 has extra space for the fire brigade, that's why it's longer

I'm against the crowd, i think the -8 looked nicer. I don't like the 737-800 either, the -700 looks better to me, so... :P

Same. At least the -9 will have a pretty livery. :P

Just refuse to fly the 787 until they take out the Lithium Ion batteries.....even airbus announced they won't be using the lithium ions now.....

Thanks Captain!

It does look much better, I saw the 787-8 in person and thought it looked a little small and fat.

I hope Boeing are going to test this one to the max and not ignore any faults with batteries. I would hate to see this one get a bad reputation....

This looks better. It  now looks much more like a ultra modern sleek 767 it is replacing as a class type.

I figured the fire jokes will be "flying" around for some time. Congrats to Boeing on its completion. Hopefully it will be successful.
