July 25, 201312 yr Hey all, I am trying to get the buttons on my Saitek Flight Instrument panel to control the RealityXP GNS 530. That way you can manipulate the buttons and kobs like (almost) a real GPS. I have it working with the regular FSX GPS by just puting in some simconnect commands in the Saitek panel config docs. My question is this: 1) Are there any special simconnect commands just for the RXP GPS that I could use. 2) The Panels are not recognized by FSUIPC, is there some way to get them to be seen as joystick(which could be another workaround). Using the GPS this way is awesome and is much closer to an "in the cockpit" feel. The config looks like this now; <Button Id="1" Name="Z in" Event="GPS_ZOOMIN_BUTTON"/><Button Id="2" Name="Z out" Event="GPS_ZOOMOUT_BUTTON"/><Button Id="3" Name="Direct" Event="GPS_DIRECTTO_BUTTON"/><Button Id="4" Name="Clear" Event="GPS_CLEAR_BUTTON"/><Button Id="5" Name="Enter" Event="GPS_ENTER_BUTTON"/><Button Id="6" Name="CRSR" Event="GPS_CURSOR_BUTTON"/> So I was looking for some RXP specific commands to use after Event= Thanks

July 27, 201312 yr Author Hmm that's a shame. There are keyboard shortcuts I wonder if I can program the FIP to activate those. It's so much better using the FIP for the GPS that I am unloading the rxp model in favor of the default(sacrilege I know).
