hi could someone check if the registration process is working have sent 3 emails and still no reply after 24hr have been testing stuff and messed everything up so reinstalled everything .

Did you use the automatic e-mail feature? Formatting is critical.

 

Is this a first time registration for a new purchase? If you are registering for an older purchase with a different e-mail address and/or user name than the original purchase it will require manual handling.

 

Spam filters allowed to pass jdtllc.com?

 

This afternoon the jdtllc.com e-mail server appears to be temporarily down. There were recent severe storms on the southeast coast that may have interfered with Internet communications or power to the jdtllc servers.

ok thanks . registration process is correct i think as the other attempts in the past have worked and this is with the same email .
