Painting the Stampe again, the miracle of normals.

Recommended Posts

Hi folks.

I have been painting the Stampe again.

The oil tank is 3 D , the "half drop" above is  just in the normal.

Normal texture for the tail-fairing and for the metal engine-cowling.
Painting with a bit "extra", thats really big fun.

Cheers

Like this:

Deleted him from the cockpit object.

Yes,

that's the only possibility I see to remove him, as the pilots are part of the cockpit OBJ-file.

I would send you the edited OBJ-file and you would only need to drop it into your Stampe folder,

but I don't know if i'm allowed to do that, in terms of copyright.

Please do.
You`ll find my e-mail adress on my website www.flybike-paints.nl   (copyrights are no issue here as log as you are not publishing publicly)

But thats is not the answer I was looking for.

The passenger can easily be placed or removed within the aircraft menu of the plane (clearly described in the manual wich comes with the plane.)
I was looking for a method of excluding the passenger  "in the livery"

Thanks for the assist Marcus11.( got your file thanks)

Adding the edited OBJ file to the livery folder does not work, so I think its not possible to have a passenger or not controlled by the livery.
It was worth trying anyways.

No big deal it was just a challenge trying it.

Cheers
