I've clicked on this ad many times, but unfortunately there must be something wrong with the link - everytime I click on it, my wife rushes in and confiscates my credit card.... ;-)

It's funny you mention that...I am in the market to buy a house and one of my thoughts was if I would be lucky enough to find a house where I can have some immediate equity in it, I'd see if I could get a home equity loan to buy this. LOL
